Selection Process
Admission is granted through a structured three-stage process to recognise merit and aptitude.
- 01 · Academic performance screening: Shortlisting based on previous academic achievements — school toppers and notable performers.
- 02 · Written entrance test: Evaluation of problem-solving ability and conceptual understanding through a focused test.
- 03 · Personal interview: Interaction with expert faculty to assess aptitude, motivation and learning attitude.
How the Olympiad pathway works
- 1 · Orientation — merit screening & readiness: Academic track record and aptitude signals help place learners in the right intensity. This is common across Olympiad subjects.
- 2 · Qualifiers — national qualifier rounds: Most Indian Olympiad routes begin with a nationwide qualifier (for example IOQM in mathematics). Other subjects follow their own national bodies with similar staged filters.
- 3 · National camps — training & selection camps: Shortlisted students enter structured camps: deeper theory, contest practice, and mock evaluations — the pattern is shared even when syllabus differs by subject.
- 4 · International — global rounds & representation: Top performers advance toward international competitions (for example IMO for mathematics). Each subject has its own apex event, but the progression shape is comparable.
